While Al’s Tavern didn’t always serve food, you can bet something good was cooking upstairs.
We would like to imagine Mrs. Al reaching for a blend like this when she made meatloaf and maybe even tossing a little into the meatballs when supper needed to come together fast.
The Blue Plate Special is our nod to every hard-working, blue-collar worker who ever walked through the doors of Al’s Tavern....especially our ancestors from the cement plant.
 
Local pick up only- arrangements will be made for your order to be picked up in September once all the preorders have been taken and the seasonings mixed/packaged.
