"Don't get that Sarench on the Davenette!!"
LOCAL PICK UP ONLY
I can hear my Babička Zsuzska yelling that at me as I type this- DON'T GET THAT SARENCH ON THE DAVENETTE!! If you don't know, a davenette is a couch....the loose meats are messy. It's really a recipe for disaster when you're a kid. If you didn't have a Slovak great grandmother, "sarench" (pronounced SAIR-ench) is "sandwich" with an accent.
Now that we have completed this Slavic lesson, here's what you really came here to learn:
This old-school blend turns ground beef into that gloriously seasoned, crumbly Midwest sandwich that requires a fork unless you're going savage. Pile it high, add mustard, pickles ketchup and onion in this family. You pile it however "yous like" (as Zsuzska would say).
This comes with a family loose meat recipe.
Local pick up only- arrangements will be made for your order to be picked up in September once all the preorders have been taken and the seasonings mixed/packaged.
